Steel Hinged Belt Conveyor – 6 inch pitch

Our 6″ pitch steel hinged belt conveyors are offered in two standard models.

The SB600SA model is constructed of a 7 ga. formed frame.
The SB600STC model is made of a structural steel frame which is typically used where loads from impact require a stronger frame structure.
Both are available in multiple shape configurations.  Designed for belt pull loads of up to 9,000 lbs.

Standard Specs:

Pitch:  6″

Widths:  Available from 12″ to 96″ belt widths in 6″ increments

Curves: 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°, 40°, 45° or 60°

Drives:  Based on application

Speed:  5 – 50 feet per minute, Based on application
