Live Roller Conveyor – Belt Driven Model # MDTLRC

Our Live roller conveyor curve model# MDTLRC is a belt driven medium duty conveyor that provides positive drive allowing your boxes to handle 30, 45, 90 degree transfers.  As with our model ### conveyor, these have tapered rollers which will keep your product orientation throughout the curve.  Tapered live roller conveyors should not be used for application where accumulation exists…

Belting: Endless V-Belt

Widths: Standard widths are 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 31, 33, 37 and 39. Also available from 13” to 39” in 1” increments.

Angles: Standard 90°. Also available in angles of 30° and 45°.

Drive: Standard D94 – center, curve center, right flow. Drive has a cast iron worm gear speed reduce with standard M99 1/2 H.P. 230/460 volt TEFC motor.

Speed: Standard 60 feet per minute also available from 10 to 100 fpm.
Rollers: Curve section uses 2.500 dia. tapered to 1.813 dia 14 ga. wall tubes with 7/16 hex cold rolled steel axle, spring retained. Standard A43 bearings are greased packed. Tangent sections use 1.900 dia. 16 ga. wall tubes with 7/16 hex cold rolled steel axle, spring retained. Standard. A11 bearings are greased packed.

Frame: 7-1/4” x 1-1/2” x 1/8” formed steel channel.

Tail Sheave: 5” dia. sheave with 1” shaft mounted in pillow block bearings.

Pressure Sheaves: 4” dia. with 3/8” dia. stud axles.

Butt Couplers: Standard pattern for connecting to our model #### live roller conveyor

Supports: SPHH style adjustable set for a Standard 36” top of conveyor located on nominal 45° centers. Also available from 7.5” to 42” top of belt at no additional charge.

Capacity: 500 lbs. total distributed live load.

Roll Covers: Standard V98: No Roll Cover

Finish: Standard PP94: Safety Blue, Epoxy Powder Coat.
