Belt Driven Roller Conveyor – Model #MDTLRS

Our belt driven roller conveyor spurs offer positive drive for transporting boxes around 30, 45, or 60 degree transfers from one conveyor to another.  With the tapered rollers you packages will maintain their orientation through the spur.

Belting: Endless V-Belt

Widths: Standard widths are 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 31, 33, 37 and 39. Also available from 13” to 39” in 1” increments.

Angles: Standard 45°. Also available in angles of 30° and 60°.

Drive: Standard D94 – center, curve center, right flow. Drive has a cast iron worm gear speed reduce with standard M99 1/2 H.P. 230/460 volt TEFC motor.

Speed: Standard 60 feet per minute also available from 10 to 100 fpm.

Rollers: Curve section uses 2.500 dia. tapered to 1.813 dia 14 ga. wall tubes with 7/16 hex cold rolled steel axle, spring retained. Standard A43 bearings are greased packed. Tangent section uses 1.900 dia. 16 ga. wall tubes with 7/16 hex cold rolled steel axle, spring retained. Standard. A11 bearings are greased packed.

Frame: 7-1/4” x 1-1/2” x 1/8” formed steel channel.

Tail Sheave: 5” dia. sheave with 1” shaft mounted in pillow block bearings.

Pressure Sheaves: 4” dia. with 3/8” dia. stud axles.

Butt Couplers: Standard pattern for connecting to our

Supports: SPHH style adjustable set for a Standard 36” top of conveyor located on nominal 45° centers. Also available from 7.5” to 42” top of belt at no additional charge.

Capacity: 500 lbs. total distributed live load.

Roll Covers: Standard V98: No Roll Cover

Finish: Standard PP94: Safety Blue, Epoxy Powder Coat.
